Cleaning Services

This consists of the removal of large debris and trash. All stickers will be removed from windows and the unit will be swept out. This will help prepare for the incoming painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry subcontractors.

This phase will consist of a detailed cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms to include: sinks, toilets, bathtubs, countertops and cabinets. This also includes the removal of all stickers remaining on the appliances, fixtures, cabinets and windows. All remaining baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, interior windows, window ledges, mirrors will be cleaned and the floors will be vacuumed and mopped.

All touch ups will be addressed and everything will be considered move-in ready.

• Wash all surfaces and remove stains
• Remove high dust from light fixtures, vents, ductwork, ceiling pipes, etc.
• Scrub, dust and vacuum all surfaces including furniture and trim work
• Sanitize kitchens and lavatories
• Clean insides of desks and cabinets inside and out
• Scrub floors and tiles, polish fixtures wipe walls, etc.
• Clean, wax and buff floors
• Clean windowsills and window frames
• Clean windows and glass including scraping and etching removal
• Cleaning bathtubs, shower stalls, toilets
• Cleaning of appliances and removing of coverings wiped and polished
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep scrape and hose/clean off stairs, landings, walks, decks, patios, garage floors, basement
• Carpets cleaning: any spot cleaning, dry cleaning, steam cleaning and extractions are done as needed after the carpets have been vacuumed at an extra cost

• Dust window sills, vents, baseboards, ceiling fans, shelves, ledges and light fixtures
• Clean all light switch plates
• Clean interior closets (remove all shelves and racks)
• Thoroughly detailed dusting of all walls

• Clean the exterior and interior refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and any other appliances (remove all shelves and drawers to thoroughly wash)
• Clean interior & exterior of all cabinets and drawers
• Clean all counter tops & the backsplash
• Clean the sink, faucets and under the sink

• Dust and clean top of cabinets
• Dust all moldings and frames
• Remove all cobwebs

• If appliances are easily moveable they will be moved to clean behind them & under them
